Yoga is union - of Divine and human; form and formless; body and mind. This is a core embodiment practice, explored and developed over thousands of years and the perfect complement to energy healing, whether individually or in groups; deepening presence, improving wellbeing and supporting our innate connection through body and breath.


Helen is a RYT 200 Registered Yoga teacher with a personal practice spanning two decades. Her primary training is in yin, Vinyasa and hatha. Helen has a particular resonance with mindful and yin based practices, bringing balance to overly full lives, and weaves these with her energy work tools.


Helen teaches in Mount Shasta, orthern California. Private instruction, classes, groups and retreats are available in this transformative location and online by arrangment.
