Every session is unique, given what arises in the shared field and where a being is in the moment.
Helen draws on three decades of experience and multiple trainings in energy work, consciousness; learning and personal growth; meditation, and embodiment.
After this, if there is a mutual resonance, you are invited to a container for ongoing exploration over at least a month.
Sessions can be online, in person in the Austin center or remotely and are 50- 60 minutes. 30 minutes are also available to support access if finances or time are restricted. If in doubt, just reach out.
