Remember who we are meditation

A heart centering and soul-nourishing practice to help us remember who we truly are. This is a deeply healing and loving transmission into the space of what we are and have always been. This meditation speaks to the heart and to the place that recognizes Infinite nature. It embraces with tremendous compassion the challenges of what it is to be an awakening Being on the planet in these times. The words are just vehicles for returning home.
