A beautiful and powerful transmission with the 11.11 energies, dropping into the truth of who we are in this human dance. Cosmic codes through light language nourish our expanding Being.

Many of us are exploring any form of awakening of consciousness have come across the numbers 111 or 11.11. Repeated numerical patterns are one of the ways the Universe (that is ourselves!) communicates with us here. When we pay attention, these patterns come thick and fast. These particular numbers contain the awakening codes, as well as links with the angelic realms. 11 is a “master number” which signifies intuition, insight, and enlightenment. When paired together, 11 11 is a clear message from the universe to become conscious and aware.

This meditation was recorded for 11.11 but hold these frequencies to be used at any time, to call us back into resonance with our nature as Oneness. You may experience waves of emotion or recognition that has no conscious interpretation. Whatever you experience, just allow it. Allow it with great tenderness. The heart knows. The soul knows.

Suggested practices and contemplations:

Slow, center and equalise the breath without strain. Deepen attention in the heart and the belly. Where do “you” end? What is in the space around this body?

Place yourself in a favorite spot in nature. Engage all of your senses. Listen to the sounds of the wind, rain, birds. What smells reach your nostrils? Is the air moist or dry? Warm or cool on your skin? Consider the range of colors and textures that present. The changing light in the sky. What can you feel underneath your feet or your sit bones?

Then close your eyes and expand awareness further. Come into the trees, grass, soil, the creatures. The earth and sky. Be playful and curious in inviting the false limitations of consciousness to disappear.

There is nothing to get. All is already here.
