Session Five

5. Womb heart meditation and healing meditation

In this beautiful meditation and healing, Helen leads you into a Cosmic womb connection, opening up and anchoring greater levels of our true Divinity. Expand creativity, emotional connection, release, insight, and personal authentic power.

Heart and womb are interconnected to access feminine power. This is the power of the Feminine Divine, whatever gender of the body we inhabit.

You are invited closer to your own trembling heart, exquisite in its vulnerability and to take an immensely loving exploration of your own body. This is the path of the feminine receptivity where we practice softening paces of holding and opening into our core. This space is held with exquisite gentleness so that you feel utterly safe.

Connections are formed and forged between inner gateways which transform our capacity to receive the Divine as what we are. There is dissolving into undifferentiated Source and a filling of our very cells with this nectar.

Suggested practices and contemplations:

Place one hand on the heart and one on the belly. Bring attention to the breath, deepening, slowing. Begin to drop into the rhythmic pulse and connection between these two centers. Can you feel yourself as much in the belly as in the heart? What emotions or sensations appear? Let them come and go, with full and gentle Presence but without attachment.

Have a paper and pen to hand. Close your eyes and quieten and center the mind through steadying the breath.

Feel your body as it is right now. Please both hands on your belly and ask “What would you like to communicate in this moment?” There may be a subtle sensing; an emotion. There may be silence.

Can you stay here, with yourself, not knowing, listening, in patience and Presence. Can you not turn away? The body holds aeons of experiences and wisdom. When we listen we can start to unravel what has been inherited and what is true for our own self.
